    Hi businessdirectoryplugin,

    thanks for reaching out.

    I just received their email, too, though I have different apps enabled. When I looked into it a few months ago, it didn’t look like it would concern us, since Help Scout pulls data from EDD, not the other way around. There is no access token or so.

    I just reached out to them asking about this specific case and will let you know their reply.

    I just received confirmation from Help Scout. The Custom Apps we are using for the EDD Help Scout integration is not connected to the legacy API.

    Help Scout was able to tell me exactly which of the other Apps I am using still runs on v1.0, so if you are unsure I suggest you reach out to their support.
