Is this plugin supported or not?

It sort of works but really need some support to fix an issue with it. Requested support thru the developer’s website and haven’t heard a peep from him/them so not sure what’s going on with the status of the plugin.

Dear Developer… are you still around? If so, please check your support page on your website. Could really use some info on an issue I’m having with your plugin and the custom field mapping.

If you’re not going to support it any longer, it would be nice if you’d just make an announcement stating so, so we can just move on and find another solution.
