    There are many asks for technical support here, which are not answered for months.

    I have two myself, for a few days now. I also contacted the developer on their website more than a week ago and they didn’t bother to answer that request, yet. Will they? Ever?

    I think I made a mistake paying for the “pro” since there is zero customer support.

    Would you care/bother to answer the forum topics? I’ve described there what is not working as it should.

    Otherwise, why did you start this “support” forum if you are not answering almost any question here?!

    The subscriber does not receive the notification email. Is that not a “free” feature? And I raised the case of your plugin not working to send subscription confirmation with Lightspeed Cache plugin. Do you have a fix for that? I excluded your plugin’s CSS’s & JS’s from the cache, yet it is still not working, free or pro. Will you answer to this?
