    Hi, I have an urgent issue with your plugin that I need your help to resolve please.

    A key functionality is missing or broken, where collection and delivery fees are treated exactly the same at the checkout. This means that thermal printed receipts are useless, as they also cannot distinguish between orders for collection or delivery. What kind of restaurant would charge their customers a fee for collection of food?

    I can’t see replies to any support requests since 9 days ago and my ticket comments and emails are not receiving any replies this week either.

    Please respond if you are still supporting this plugin or I’ll have to assume you are not and look elsewhere.

    I have fixed this issue with the help of a hired developer now.

    It seems your plugin is not up to date with the latest version of WooCommerce as yet.

    A word of caution to other users – be careful here as the development of this plugin is falling behind and their support is also not very responsive at all at the moment.

    Having said that, it’s a fairly decent plugin overall and I look forward to future updates and fixes along the line.
