    Hi,

Is anyone still providing support for this plugin? Over the last few months I notice a lot of posts with zero replies.

    Thanks for any info,

    Cathy

  • Yes it’s still supported, look at the GitHub repo and you will see there has been lots of movement on the plugin over the past few days. Chances are they just haven’t had time to go through the WordPress support threads on here … if it’s something urgent you can always post it on GitHub

    Hi,

Thanks for the reply- the github site is active, you’re right. I hope sometime soon some of the issues here and there get addressed. I know this is a free plugin so we can’t expect tons of help, but some help would be nice.

Hi Cathy, what questions to you have?

    Hi,

    Thanks for checking in!

I have a few small issues that I can’t solve myself. One is that the title of the job listing is not being set by the plugin, but by the theme. So if I want my title in the header everywhere else it is showing there on a single job listing, not down below as shown in the demo. Also if I don’t have any job type entered (full time, part time, etc) a colored square is showing up where those entries should be.

    Thanks

Hi @catonezillion. Can you post a few screenshots of these issues so I can understand them better?

    Hello,

Thanks for following up! I’m looking for a new screenshot site right now – so I’ll have to post some when I find a new free site. Or if you want to provide a support email I can send you some screenshots there.

    The issues are:

If I don’t have any job type entered (full time, part time, etc) a colored square is showing up where those entries should be.

Also, I’d like the company tagline to automatically go to a new line below company name. Right now it starts on the same line as company name and breaks to a new line if the company name is long.

    Thanks,
    Cathy

@catonezillion without looking at your site it’s really hard to help you with either of these issues. Have you disabled the job types being required? You shouldn’t without modification be able to do that. The new company line sounds like a CSS issue as it doesn’t do it on my test site.
