Is this plugin still supported?

  • I LOVE this Imsanity plugin — works fantastic! However, it has not had any updates in just over a year now, so some security plugins are now flagging it as possibly insecure, as it may be an abandoned plugin.

    Plugin Author: If you are still actively supporting and developing this plugin, may I ask that you do some type of update to this plugin, to show activity, so the plugin is no longer flagged as abandoned?

    The author’s website is down, and I don’t see any replies to support from the author. Sad to say, it does appear that this awesome plugin has been abandoned. ??

    Sad news… I see the plugin author passed away earlier this year:

    I hope someone is able to take over this project. But, as it stands now, the plugin is not being supported, it seems.

    Sad news indeed, but one of my users alerted me to the news, and the silver lining is that the WP plugins team has graciously allowed me to continue developing and supporting this well-loved plugin.
    Looking forward to breathing new life into Imsanity, and continuing the legacy of Jason Hinkle.

    Thank you @nosilver4u for helping to continue this plugin, as surely Jason would have wanted. Love this plugin — serves a great purpose — and I’m glad it will live on.
