Is this plugin still supported?

I am trying to run this on a multisite, but I can’t get it to work. Nothing is apparent in the logs. However, I’ve noticed it’s been a while since this was updated, and perhaps it is no longer capatible. I see that WordPress.com is still using it.
Could we get an update?
