Is this plugin still maintained?

Hi there,
I noticed that the plugin page has the following alert:

This plugin hasn’t been updated in over 2 years. It may no longer be maintained or supported and may have compatibility issues when used with more recent versions of WordPress.

I also noticed that on Github repo there are several pull requests that were never merged (I also sent a new one today).

Is this plugin still maintained? Any plan for new releases?
