Is This Plugin Still Going?

Looking for a Newsletter plugin – this one comes up first in Google search, but is only updated to 4.7.11, and the last support thread was answered back in July 2017.
I’d love to think that this is because it’s now perfect, but is it really because it’s not being maintained?
