Where are the plugins we can use? I only see the same few plugins that were there when I installed this years ago.

Why is it that I can’t see all the comments that one spammer has posted on my blog in one page? Currently I have to go to his page and wade through his seo spam looking for my sites.

Why don’t I have a way to delete all pending and Spam comments in the ID system somewhere?

Currently were seeing a trend of spam comments coming in as legitimate ID users, meaning its a legitimate user who I can verify as not a spammer (a few of our authors as well!) that have classic spam messages being posted without their interaction. Passwords are being changed to no avail.

It sure would be nice to have some forum love here. Last resolved post is 2 years ago? And no updates since then? Sounds abandoned to me…..

How about the ability to search all comments for words or phrases to weed out spam that akismet and ID miss? Moveable Type had this ability natively and its one of the worst blog platforms I ever dealt with?

Since ID is owned by wordpress its really sad that its not supported. Discontinue the plugin or do some development.

Yes, but that’s kind of a generic note that all plugins get when they haven’t been updated. This is a wordpress owned plugin which is kind of different, at least to me. If it’s no longer supported I would have expected to hear something from wordpress. As you notice, they have had to make some change at some time because it says it’s working with 4.0.1 which (correct me if I am wrong) someone had to test or at the least update the readme file to update the compatibility notes.

I don’t know anything about it, but Google found this:

Well that link lead to another one and before I knew it I lost track of time ??

At least its clearer what happened, though it would still be nice if wordpress announced something on the plugin main page more official than “the plugin doesn’t seem to be supported anymore” generic message.

IntenseDebate is not dead, but it’s not being actively developed either. I wouldn’t invest a lot of time or effort into it.

Well, I was going to ask a support question here, regarding multilingual support on sites with more than one language, but I guess it’s pointless then — I’ll switch to Disqus instead, I’m pretty much used to it anyway on my own blog…
