Is this plugin broken for Multi-Site?

    I “Network Activate[d]” this plugin on a multi-site. When attempting to visit wp-admin, it obviously works, providing a message “This is disabled.” But, when I try my custom login path, I get a “404 Not Found” error.

    Is this plugin broken for Multi-Site?
