Is this plugin actively maintained ?

    If it is compatible with wp 4.1, it would be helpful to also say that it is compatible and also say that it was updated more recently.

    It has not been updated more recently, so it would be incorrect to do so. The only way to change that on the page is to update the plugin. This is an issue with WP’s system where plugin authors can’t easily say their plugins are compatible without updating.
