• No existing premium support (forget about 24 hrs, not even after 2 weeks).
    Incompatibility issues everywhere, no responses whatsoever.

    And I paid for a premium license …. wondering if you’ll ever refund me.

  • Even if there is development issues (I assume), You should guarantee some support for who believe in your plugin.
    Is it so difficult reply to the forum 30 min. a day?

    Hours?? Weeks?? Months. I still have 11 tickets open. The oldest two months ago. Off course I’m a premium user. The most crucial one limit the translation of the website to a second language (that means expanding my business) and wfml support cannot help because WCFM has been never approved as an official compatible plugin despite they say it is.
    No reply at all or, useless replies. Most of the time it seems they do not understand the problem. Most of the time they provide support for very basic question only, reply to these tickets and dodge the most relevant ones. But it’s our fault, we still insist in giving them an other chance instead to abandon it and move to an other one.
    Maybe because we run business and we invested time and money in their plug-in???
    I’m really frustrated. WP and woocommerce release new versions constantly and I quiver every time about potential issues that may come. No one word about compatibility with new version. No one word about future/scheduled releases. We’re alone.

    @pievedepitti WCFM has no issues with latest WP and WooCommerce so unnecessary update is not required.

    Kindly know me any of those ticket numbers, we will take care of those.

    to find the last actual real public support answer you have to go back 1 month. That’s a matter of fact.

    @wclovers then you confirm that WCFM is fully compatible with php 8, WP 5.6 and Woocomemrce 4.8? Happy to hear about it.
    Then I would suggest you to declare it everytime a new release comes, so your clients can update WCFM without fear.
    regarding my premium tickets, more than 10 are still pending.
    The crucial one relates to WPML and malfuncionting of product translations and dates back to December 3 ticket number #230155

    I really cannot understand your nonsense behaviour.
    Stop losing your time replying to dummy questions and pay attention, at least, to other plug-in developer who are investing time to make your plug-in compatible.

    And, by the way, my ticket to WCFM dates Dec 3 and it’s still open. Finally I solved by myself and WPML is going now to fix the bug according to my suggestions but they don’t know if it’s worth it …..same doubt we all have …..
    if they main reason of your FB groups was to let users help each other, then they go far beyond helping you to improve your plug-in finding bugs and compatibility issues that can be solved together with other programmers.
    If you even ignore them, maybe you really invest in your plug-in less time and passion that we all do. then do not blame people if they hardly complain on this forum….

    – I am not sure you are talking about which plugin author but in recent time no one contacted us.

    Wpml team never reached us and not provide any compatibility for WCFM. We provide compatibility with wpml. We contated them manytimes but never replied. If they are ready to help you then that’s a great news.

    If you even ignore them, maybe you really invest in your plug-in less time and passion that we all do

    – we never ignore anyone or any questions. But sometimes replies are getting delayed. Really sorry for that.
