Is this move achieved with NextGEN Gallery

Hello there. I have been searching for hours and hours every day about how to achieve this. I am a nearly a beginner in wordpress and am about to open my first serious blog, however I want to achieve something I really don’t know how.

Notice the objects that this image has when you directly go to its url – https://www.gamesteady.com/gallery/half-life-2/half-life-2-screenshots_30.jpg .

Notice how it has an ad, a back to gallery button, and a “download picture” button, whenever you click on whatever picture from the galleries.

Can someone point me to a method on achieving this, I will greatly appreciate the help. All I found similar to this is things you can do with the .htaccess file in the root directory that can protect your site from hotlinking images on other sites, but could not for the life of get even near to accomplishing it.
