Is this how the player is supposed to look?

Some things to consider:
1. This may be an issue with your theme (we’ve never seen it in the 1,000+ sites that use the plug-in). You might want to check with the theme creator if there is a compatibility issue

2. We are also integrated into PowerPress — you just need to check the Clammr box in settings. Might try that player to see if you get better results

3. We are integrated into Simple Podcast Press, a powerful player and platform that has a cult following with podcasters. It requires a reasonably priced paid license

You may be right. I tried with Power Press and got the same result.
I’m using X The Theme, which is one of the more popular high end themes.
Perhaps Clammr and Themeco should get together?

For sure feel free to direct them to the plug-in & also our developer resource page at https://developers.clammr.com (in addition to the plug-in that we provide, anyone can add the plug-in to their own players). This is something that we provide as a free resource and, unfortunately, we’re strapped and can’t do custom builds for individual themes. Since X The Theme is a paid tool, they will hopefully see some reason to make their theme compatible or use our direct dev tools to make their own plug-in.
