Is this forum a WordPress plugin?

I looked at the source code but am not sure. I know one or more forum plugins exist but I’m curious. I figure WP itself would be the greatest demo of a WP forum plugin if it is ??

It’s not a plugin it’s a stand alone forum built by some of the same developers as wordpress. It’s called bbpress and it integrates very well with wordpress if you need an integrated forum and blog.
