Is this finally the right calendar?

    So far I have used pretty well every calendar plugin out there, but all have major issues. After disastrous failures with The Events Calendar I am using My Calendar but there’s also major problems with that as well. Many events end at like 1:00 o’clock in the morning, but this then shows over two days. Another plugin had a simple checkmark to hide the end time. My Calendar also struggles with repeat events. I just added a single event for every Thursday but it is showing on every single day. Support for this plugin is also very poor.

    A major issue with numerous plugins is that they have no way to properly display a monthly calendar with different colors for different types of events. One plugin wants $39 extra to add this standard feature.

    One real struggle with switching plugins is that my site has well over two hundred events and numerous locations, none of which can be imported into other plugins. One developer agreed that this is a good idea that “he’s working on”. No help to me now.

    I just want a plugin that works and a developer who will listen and respond.

    I apologize for the delayed response and I’m sorry to hear that you had such a negative experience with other calendar plugins. 

    But I would like to inform you that at this moment our Timetable plugin doesn’t have the functionality that allows you to import events from other plugins either, unfortunately. Besides, we have other plugins and themes our developers are constantly working on. So I’m not really sure I understand what you would like us to say.

    Sorry, I did not get any notice of your reply.

    Although I have been using My Calendar, the support is very poor. I’ve raised a number of issues with the developer, but got no response. Among the many issues were the failure of the “end of day” to allow events that end after midnight to show on the same day, not over two days. Every time I add an event the location is duplicated in the list. Months ago the developer said he would correct this, but has done nothing.

    I have looked at the TimeTable plugin and it looks good. My concern is that is just a free plugin so I wonder what the support is like? I regret there is no import function to import my more than two hundred events and all the locations, but going forward I just need a plugin that works.
