Is this expected behaviour for the popover in Gutenberg?

I’m struggling to work out if the popover running off the side of the viewport to the right causing horizontal scroll is expected behaviour with Gutenberg or an ongoing bug.

Searching the dumpster fire of issues on Github has proven fruitless to even come across a reference.

I can reproduce on default themes with a fresh install of 5.8 and the Gutenberg Demo page.
