Is this design possible?

Hi. I’m installing WordPress and wondering if it supports the following design:
1) I want a static html page at https://mydomain.com/
2) I want my WP blog at https://mydomain.com/blog/
3) I want WP Pages to be at https://mydomain.com/Pages/Does WordPress support such a website, and if so, how?
