Is this compatible with ‘Flexible shipping’ plugin.

    I’ve set up a feed but I’m getting this error “warning_amber
    Missing shipping information” on my merchant account. I’m using the flexible shipping plugin from flexibleshipping.com and worry this is the reason I’m getting the error. I’ve tried adding a field map for shipping > shipping & shipping cost to no avail and have enabled Add shipping costs for all countries to your feed (Google Shopping / Facebook only).

    Any help would be great!

    Thanks for reaching out and using our plugin. Sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with your shipping costs. Changes are indeed big that issues will be caused by the Flexible shipping plugin you are using as ours is not compatible with it.

    You did however use the wrong mapping so maybe you can still try to correct one to see if that helps? Please see this blog post for the correct shipping field mapping: https://adtribes.io/add-shipping-costs-google-shopping-feed/
