Is this company still open?

I have tried to registrar with two different emails and have not receive any verification codes. I have tried to contact them via email. I have no heard back at all in over a week. Nothing. I cannot use the free trial because no one is getting back to me. Is there anyone still at this company? I am surely being convinced that this is not the best choice for my needs.
