Is this Buddypress Compatible?

    Hi there,

    I am using rtMedia as my media plugin for my buddypress site. My site is for photographers so the images are important.

    I can only find old support tickets most of which say that Buddypress and Nextgen conflict. Has this been fixed?

    Hi @shonty,

    Checking NextGen’s changelog it appears that there are 2 items that we have fixed in the past that have to do with Buddypress:

    * Fixed:   Disable Buddypress 'bp_do_redirect_canonical' filter as it ruins our routing system
* Fixed:   Compatibility with BuddyPress plugin in multisite environments

    Can you please let us know if you are encountering any issues while using these 2 and provide us with more details on it?

    Hi there,

    I tried it and it caused issues with the “Profile” tab on Buddypress Profile.

    I could only see what appeared to be a shortcode and the rest of the page was blank. Upon deactivating NextGen it worked properly again.

    It appears there is still a conflict between the two.

    I had to abandon NextGen for that reason.
