Is there way to disable sign in

    I like to disable sign in when clicking on my tickets to submit ticket.

    Reason for this is because I have SSO.

    Is there way to disable or hide it?

    Thank you for reaching out. Regrettably, it is not possible to modify the default template. When a user clicks on the “My Tickets” page, it displays all the tickets they have created and closed.
