    For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. As you are their customer I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.

    I do not consider user is paid or free while supporting them as they are using our product makes me happy.

    I did not replied any tickets for past 22 HRS for personal problems. Gererally I support within 5-6 hrs or instantly if I am active that time. Please read reviews here to know more about my support.
