    Still no answer!

    I am a EasyRecipe Plus user and been waiting for 10 days now for support…

    What’s happening there?

    have any of you have a problem is the chef icon not showing up on the tool bar to create a recipe?

    I’m a plus member as well. Just bought it last week. Almost a full week now without even acknowledgement of my ticket for help. About ready to ask for my money back and move on. Very frustrating.

    I bought the Pro membership and didn’t received a license key and can’t even use what I paid for. I have been waiting for a response to my ticket for over 13 days. What’s the best way to report these irresponsible people behind this plugin?

    i am also a plus member and waiting for feedback on one of my support tickets for several weeks now.

    Is anyone in contact with them or does anyone know, if these guys are still alive?

    @hanifa10, have you tried deactivating all other plugins? It’s likely one of them is causing the issue. Also, keep both plugins and wordpress updated.

    As this is community for free plugins, themes and WP issues, we are not allowed to complain about paid issues (since their support is provided elsewhere). I have seen people being warned about that.

    Some of us are programmers or wp developers, let’s try to help each other. I have been digging up the plugin and fixing things by myself.

    It’s a shame when this happens to good plugins.

    @angelica I am de programmer as well but there is nothing I can do if I haven’t been given the license key that I paid for. I have no sympathy at this point as I have posted two tickets on they are support forum and a topic here and I received nothing for the money I paid. It doesn’t matter if you are a free user or paid as either way people don’t seem to be getting any support. I will be reaching out to wordpress somehow and warn them that this plugin has been left unsupported.
