is there such a plugin

Hi there I was hoping someone could recommend a plugin for me. I am trying to place ads on my site. But not ppc. Just rotating ads. But I would like it to be a plugin where I can specify where it goes and in groups. What I mean is I create an ad for say company abc and it goes into group 1. Group one is a banner at the top of the page. Then I create an add for company xyz and that is a small box on the sidebar. I would also like it if possible to be on timers. What i mean is be able to say ok this ad runs until Dec 1 then it stops. And possibly be able to get a report on each add showing the amount of times it ran when it was clicked etc. Not for ppc but just seeing what works. Does anyone know of anything like this? The last 2 things are nice to have but not mandatory. I was thinking of just using something like a revolution slider but wanted to ask.
