  • I’m not sure about uploading videos, but I’ve successfully uploaded 500Mb TIF files.

    Support is best accessed through the contact form on his website. It’s actually his ‘Quote’ tool, but questions are answered regardless of if you’re free or premium.

    make sure your server settings allow you to upload these file size. in pro version you chunk based uploading, and larger files can be uploaded in chunks.
