Is there plugin to bulk upload pictures , and that every picture is post itself?

Hello,

I am working on my social service, similar to 9gag, where I would like to make homepage stream of pictures with voting option.

Now the problem is any plugin I tried for voting, or thumbsUp is putting that option in the end of the post. So I need vote option for every picture I upload, and every picture users upload.

So I came to conclusion that I must upload every picture as post itself correct me please if I am wrong.

Since I have over 5000 pictures on the beggining to upload, and make them votable and then store my results that will apear on my top page, I want to know is there any tool or way to bulk upload that pictures itself, or any way to install a gallery plugin that has automatically voting option for pictures???

I ALSO TRIED WPPA(WORDPRESS PHOTO ALBUMS) plugin that have over 100 options to customize gallery and pictures, and that also could not help.

I really need to find that so I would really appriciate help from you guys, any plugin, php code or something. Tnx
