Is there NOW a Problem with A2 Hosting

A year ago I moved some of my domains to A2 Hosting using WP Clone by WP Academy.

Recently, I tried to restore a site that became infected and couldn’t do it.

I also purchased a template that installs with WP Clone by WP Academy, and it would not install on another site.

Some of the sites will not change radio buttons from Backup to Restore from URL.

Any help would be appreciated.

Per the error: Error Message : Cannot find /home/increase/public_html/deallocally.net/wp-content/wpclone-temp/backup
I have confirmed that the wpclone-temp/backup is not present in the wp-content directory.

As an alternative the site can be restored from our backups via the server rewind:
