The plugin contains no limit of the number of recipients however, despite what you say above, there are very few hosting providers that operate without limits. Limits on emails, memory usage and script running time could all impact deliverability of emails if the subscriber list becomes very large. Hosting companies that run without limits very rapidly become spam farms and are widely blocked by the large internet community.

If your hosting provider seriously tell you they operate with no limits or restrictions at all I’d be looking to move elsewhere for fear of me site becoming inaccessible!

Thank you very much for your answer.

Is there a way to test how many emails we can send to? We have 20,000 real members. I would rather not send testing email to real members’ email addresses.

(p.s. We have our own dedicated server so hosting is not an issue.)

No easy way to test without actually sending the email. Install an email logger on WordPress or on your server and simply try it out – not perfect but the only realistic way to test with a real list of subscribers.
