Is there… Download builder from list of files(?)

I am looking for a way (or plugin) to do the following:

I would like to specify a list of files (mp3s) for the user to select from. They can select as many or as few as they want.

I then want them to be able to built a .zip download OF the files they have selected.

Is there a plugin out there that does this? (or a way of doing it?)
