Is there any way to new comment on the bottom by default?

Hello Team,

Currently when any new user comments the comment will be showing at the top of all comments and scroll to it with Ajax comment submit and when the user reloads the page or refreshes the page it will show in the regular order at the bottom of all comments. i.e. – Order By ID.

Is there any way to fix this? Like Ajax appended comments by default show at the bottom.
