Is there any way to disable slider on mobiles?

Hello,I would like to disable slider on my phone with keeping only the first picture from the slider as a static one because it seems to have some issues when it comes to mobile devices. It’s also slowing down the speed of loading on mobiles. I want to keep it only on PCs.

Is this possible?
