Is there any way to create “Others” option besides using conditional logic?

    I want to do something like this: Screenshot, where the blank input field is just beside the “Others” option, if I use Conditional Logic, then I have to place a new input field right? That looks weird and I’m asking here to know if there are any other way to achieve something like that in the screenshot?

    Unfortunately, it isn’t possible to create a blank input field within the radio field like the screenshot you provided. You have to take an input field separately and use conditional logic to display the field based on some conditions.
