Is there any way to 301 redirect all permalinks of posts?

This is the actual permalink structure
mydomain.com/%year%/%monthnum%/%day%/%postname%/
And this is what I would like it to 301 redirect every post to
mydomain.com/%postname%/Regards

Okey so it can be done ?? Unfortunately my regex is very basic so can you confirm the code I found is the right regex?
