Is there any version that can hepl at Pantheon hosting

  • I had installed this plugin for our site https://pulse.mtn.com.gh. This has been hosted at Pantheon and I got numb after seeing there is no such option of this plugin to work in Pantheon Live!
    Most of the cases it’s showing permission issue or accessing .htaccess!
    So, is there any modification/version that would run at pantheon side?

    There is only one version of this plugin which should run fine on most envs.

    Probably best to look into the errors.

    Providing some screenshots would probably be helpful.

    But just need to confirmed, does it compatible to Pantheon?

    There is no such thing as plugin compatibility with a named hosting company.
    That is if “Pantheon” is a hosting company. Never heard of them.
    Anyway perhaps you should contact Pantheon.

    Pantheon is one of the leading hosting company providing numerous supports on WordPress and Drupal projects.
    It’s running under Nginx and also among 3 instances Dev, Test and Live, no one is allowed to change any file permission at Test and Live instances.
    And, any edit at nginx.conf file wont reflect.
    So, how this plugin would work properly?

    Anyway I’m sure these issues can easily be resolved.
    Contact Pantheon and ask for their help.
    Or buy an iThemes Security Pro license and get support from iThemes.
