Is there any plugin to limit the post count

    Like i need to limit the post count and put a summary in my archive area of my wordpress site, so people can look at the list of all the post quicker. like this https://www.e-bookreaders.biz/business/

    The archive posts show the whole content of the post.how do i have it summarized without having to post and put in an excerpt for everyone of them. So it would summarize the first 500 or 300 words of each post archive.
