Is there any free plugin that lets me create paypal order calculation forms?

I am just starting on the freelancer business and I don’t have enough money to invest either in ninja forms, gravity forms, formidablepro, etc. I was just wondering if cf 7 or any other free wordpress plugin can let me create an order calculation form with PayPal integration, like this:
