Is there any Chinese who are using WP?

To eliminate the horizontal scroll at 800 x 600:
Change & tweak:
#content to width 550px
#menu to left 598px
Internet Explorer will not zoom fonts set in pixels.
Savey Chinese set fonts in % or %/em’s .
