Is there another support method?

  • Is there another more direct way of support for WordPress (phone number or email)? I have posted a number of messages asking for help, none have received responses.

    I really need a couple of questions answered… My only other option is to try to find different blog software.

  • Have you tried reverting to the Default or Classic theme and then trying to delete your posts or add a picture (I looked at your previous posts)? I can tell you that you are using what is referred to as a “sponsored” theme. Not all are bad or evil, but heaven knows what code goes into them.

    See if that works, if changing themes brings back your ability to delete posts and post images. If so, ditch that theme. ??

    Joni, hope your still around. I am still having trouble, I am sure I am just doing something dumb.

    I upgraded to the new 2.5, switched to the WordPress default 1.6 theme and I still cannot seem to import images. It seems like it lets you do it two ways, by browsing to a file, or using a URL. Neither seems to work.

    Can someone tell me the easiest way to post an image inside a blog entry. I just cannot get it to work…

    Ok, I saw the link at the top of this forum about the file uploader, so I tried to upload the file in Firefox… I got farther, but still didnt work… I tried some of hte fixes, no help. The fix IE file that I downloaded was a corrupt zipfile, and when I downloaded the no-flash-uploader.php file, it didnt seem to change anything.
