Is there an interstitial page?

The instructions read “Quick Redirects are designed to be quick and simple to add. You do not need to have an existing page or post”….Is there an interstitial page that loads before the redirect? I ask because another plugin I am using is relying on code to load, and if there is no page with code to load the plugin wont work.
