Is there an email signup plugin that is secure?

I would like to add a simple email signup box on the front page of my site so that people can enter their email, click submit and then I can add them to my separate mailing list. The thing is I would like some kind of captcha security question before they can submit so that I can avoid spam. Is there a plugin for this?
