Is there an easy way to convert MU to single blog?

When I first started my company blog, I thought I would use it for multiple sites for our members and no see that is not what I want to do.

Is there any way to removing the MU version and keeping the main blog as is without losing everything I now have?

Are their certain files that can be removed that will revert this back to the original single blog?
