Is there an Automated Backups Plug-in that emails the backup?

  • Hi:

    Is anyone aware of a plug-in that will automate daily backups and email them?

    Oooooooh, how I would like that.

    Or — even better — is there a way to convince WordPress to do the backups automatically each day and mail them?
