Is there a way to rename the word "Group"?

I’m loving this plugin! I was hoping there might be a way to rename some of the words “Group” to “Clubs”? I’m using this plugin to add and organize a companies clubs but it’s a bit distracting when the title of the page and the buttons denote “Group”.

Anything I can do about this?
