Is there a way to not supress others plugins user_row_actions hooks ?

Hi,

it’s me again ;)… As I said in my subject, I noticed this, in the page user.php of the admin interface. I havec two plugins (“Event-Manager” and “User-Switching”) who use this hook (“user_row_actions”) too, to add custom links in the user row and I’d like to be able to do so.
But UM seems to win each time and clear every other custom link ?? !!
I tried to play with the two last parameters (10, 2)
add_filter('user_row_actions', 'Add_My_Own_Action_Links', 10, 2);
but without any success. I’m not sure of how to correctly use them :)…

Any help would be very appreciated ?? !!
