Is there a way to manually trigger preferences?

Nevermind, found it in the CookieConsent documentation
https://cookieconsent.orestbida.com/advanced/custom-attribute.html#show-preferencesmodal

I just had to update the attributes from this plugin, ex:

<button type="button" data-cc="c-settings">View Preferences Modal</button>

instead of:

<button type="button" data-cc="show-preferencesModal">View Preferences Modal</button>
