Is there a way to make sure your background image is placed the same on any pc?

  • On wider monitors it seems that the background image on my website doesnt line up. Is there a way to make it align correctly?

  • You have a left aligned background with a centre aligned layout. Make your background centre aligned and it should work.

    It also repeats horizontally, might want to look into that.

    I don’t do layouts but I know the pain where I hear about it. IE enabled users seem to feel the pain first. As Kilrani suggested, you have to fix the theme or pick one that doesn’t offend the “other” browsers.

    This isn’t actually a browser problem. It’s a simple case of the designer positioning their page in a different place to the background they want it to line up on..
