Is there a way to give back WordPress the controll of the thumbs ?

    Hey
    I found this nice gallery. I make a lots of customize. The last thing I need is to give back WordPress the control of the thumbs. I have some nice plugins running at works great with pictures like Post Thumbnail Editor where I can crop the images like I want. (No cutoff heads etc.) So how can I do this ? Can me sombody help ? Or is there an other way to do this ?
    I′m also have some plugins like sharping thumbsnails and Retinathumbs.
    On the demo page there a pictures where I can select the ratos set from wordpress in the plugin I can′t find this option.
    I′m running the developer version becauce I need the title for the lightbox.
