• My client who is using this plugin contacted me to say it wasn’t updating. I’m not sure how long that had been the case. At any rate, I went in and saw the account needed to be reconnected.

After I did that, it’s working, but the two most recent Instagram posts are not appearing on the site. (They were both posted 2 days ago; the third-most-recent post, from 5 days ago, is there, along with other older posts.)

On the Intagrate Lite settings page, all of the posts, including the two missing ones, are showing up, but the two most recent ones haven’t been turned into actual posts on the site. I’m not sure if I just need to wait for WP-Cron to run, but I’m wondering if there’s a way to force the plugin to generate new WP posts for any new pending Instagram posts immediately.

What is the image title in the ‘Last Image:’ dropdown? Is that the latest?

If so, you can select the last image that has actually been posted and it should then post the rest.

I thought that was how it worked, so I tried that yesterday (before posting here) and it didn’t work.

I just checked the site now, and it still hadn’t updated. My client has posted one additional Instagram post in the meantime. I tried this process again just now (again picking the most recent post that’s actually on the site from the dropdown, which now includes all 3 missing latest posts) and it didn’t do anything.

Can you enable the ‘Check this to bypass the is_home() check when the plugin auto posts’ setting please

OK, I just went in and made that change.

In the meantime I had dug around in the site and found that the Instagram posts in question actually had been imported, but they had been given post as their post type instead of the custom post type we’re using. I manually edited the post_type in the database and that brought them into the feed. I don’t think my client has posted anything additional on Instagram since then.

Can you confirm if things are posting now again?

With regards to the post_type, can you resave the plugin settings with the post type set as you want.
